Most definitely –  you never know when your buyer might come along. Your details will remain on our system for a period of six months. However, please alert us if you sell the property independently of SHERLOCK HOMES, so we can remove it from the site.

Q: Does SHERLOCK HOMES advertise sellers' properties?

We are a property introductions service and our role is to introduce suitable buyers to sellers.Our prime focus is on what the buyer wants rather than acting like any other estate agency. Sellers' Specs are stored in our system, which will  automatically make a match between a buyer and a seller should the Buyer's Brief match your Seller's Specs.

Q: Are sellers able to view Buyers' Requirements on the SHERLOCK HOMES website?

Yes, however, buyers' personal details will remain confidential. Should you have a property that meets a buyer's requirements, SHERLOCK HOMES will pass that information to the buyer, who will decide whether to view it or not.
