We will drive traffic to the SHERLOCK HOMES website constantly in order that a maximum number of sellers see your Requirements and respond accordingly. Our advanced software programme analyses buyers' requirements and sellers' specs in order to find a match. As soon as suitable matches are identified by the system, a more detailed, personalised analysis takes place. Only when suitable matches are found, does SHERLOCK HOMES contact you to discuss viewing prospective dream homes. Should the system find no matches, SHERLOCK HOMES will alert you. We endeavour to continue our search for your dream home for up to six months, after which we will discontinue our search. Q: What if Sherlock Homes cannot find my match? This is unlikely. SHERLOCK HOMES does not simply look at what is on our database; instead, we post your exact requirements on an extensive network of databases. Q: How often should I expect to hear from SHERLOCK HOMES? SHERLOCK HOMES will update you bimonthly, if not more regularly.
