Sherlock-Homes has developed a data structure that prioritises each and every buyer or tenants' requirements and posts these on behalf of the buyer and tenant on our database.  (Buyers and tenants' information always remain confidential)

Once a buyers' or tenant's reguirements are posted, we will update them on what is available.  Sherlock-Homes screens, selects and matches buyers/tenants to suitable sellers/lessors.   Sherlock-Homes only introduces buyers/tenants to sellers/lessors if a suitable match is identified, whereafter Sherlock-Homes facilitates a meeting between the parties.

Once a property match has been successfully concluded, Sherlock-Homes has achieved its objective, and the parties are left to benefit from a private sale/rental agreement.
