With traditional print marketing we all have to wait until the newspaper hits the street before people can know about new listings or we have to send out sms’s.  The best way is to send out a nice newsletter with pictures and links.  This way you make the experience interactive for your client and your prospective buyer can get a feel about the property before they make an appointment with you to see the property.

Received Newsletter - This is a newsletter that all my Freelancers receive every day with all open projects listed. The newsletter is set up in such a way that it will only send out the newsletter if it finds something new on the site. Basically, when you add a new listing to your mobile site, the newsletter will be sent out at a time you specify within your newsletter application. This way, keeping everyone up to date on new listings and upcoming show houses.

You can also send specific newsletters when you need to get your message out in a hurry.

So where do we get people that subscribe to the newsletter?

You get them from:

  1. Your Facebook Fan Page Lead Capture form
  2. Inviting people to join your mailing list
  3. Placing your online information on your business card
  4. Placing your information on your adverts

Your profiles are set up in such a way that your ‘followers’, ‘fans’ and ‘subscribers’ are alerted about new listings almost instantaneously via Facebook, Twitter and your newsletter by only adding a listing to your mobile site.
